Bababoom and Rebecca Elliott managed to turn my difficult nightmare pregnancy into a pleasureable birth and make the transition into a first time mum relaxed and stressless!! Every pregnant woman needs to find bababoom, it is everything and more from your babygrows to baby massage, breast pumps to pilates!! all my friends from out of the area now make the venture to come and be pampered and loved at bababoom oh and to meet the amazing becky who is the best midwife who exists and deserve the recognistion for everything she has done for me, my partner danny and our beautiful little girl Grace. Becky you are truely an angel in disguise. X X X

"I had the privilege of seeing Becky as one of the midwives when i was pregnant with both my children - she is kind, caring and a fabulous MW. Her shop is filled with really useful stuff - I only wish it had been open 6 months ago when I was struggling to find a breastpump locally and ended up driving all the way to Harlow to buy one. I especially like the selection of clothes, bibs and toys (especially the usually hard to find taggies). I will be coming back! "

"The prospect of being pregnant again at 42 was a daunting one! I was introduced to Becky by a dear friend. Becky has to be one of the most caring, intuitive, lovely person I have ever met. She looked after me both professionally and emotionally and became my friend in the process. She knew just what I needed and when! When it came to my labour, words cannot describe my gratitiude because it was so fast and I was panicking (just a little!) but as soon as she walked in and took my hand and I heard her voice I was instantly calmed. and she delivered our beautiful baby Josef. Becky's shop is fantastic and on our doorstep! It really does have everything you need both pre and post delivery not to mention the expert advice on hand and lovely treatments- I had reflexology which magically reduced my stress levels immediately during the latter stages of my pregnancy. I highly recomment both Becky and her team- you want the best care for you and your baby during and after pregnancy- this is it."

My husband and I had the fortune of meeting Becky at one of our Parent Craft classes when I was recently pregnant with our daughter. Since then, Becky has not only been an invaluable source of information, but has also been a tower of strength for me both mentally and emotionally with regard to certain issues I have had since the birth of Annabel. Her knowledge and wisdom have been, and still are a huge comfort to us and never at any point has any question we have asked been too much of a problem or a hassle to her..... needless to say she is on speed dial on our mobiles !! We feel very lucky to have met Becky and consider her a friend who knows us well due to our constant questioning! Bababoom we feel, is a welcome relief for us as new parents as the shop is full of everything you need and has hand-on experience in everything you will ever want to know! My husband treated me to some beautiful gifts for when we came out of hospital - I can recommend all of the products from Bababoom for Mums!!!! I have also sampled the pregnancy massage (more than once!) and we have also had our daughter's feet casted in clay at the shop..... every service offered at Bababoom is truly superb and dealt with in an effortless and professional manner. I would recommend Becky and her team at Bababoom to everyone!"

"On the 9th September my beautiful baby daughter arrived into this world.

My pregnancy had been a traumatic time, my husband died from cancer when I was 4 months pregnant so the prospect of taking this journey alone was a harrowing thought. But I was never alone because I was introduced to Becky my midwife and guardian angel, there is not enough words to describe what I think of Becky as a person and midwife. She did everything she could to support me professionally and emotionally. When I was scared she made me stronger, when I was sad she made me smile. Best of all when I gave birth at home, she was there holding my hand all the way. Thank you is not enough for everything Becky did for me and my daughter, she went above and beyond in her role as my midwife and I will be eternally grateful.

Let me just say you would get pregnant again and again just to have Becky as your midwife!!!!

As an expectant mother of twins I really needed the extra level of care that a private midwife could provide as well as the peace of mind - as it had taken us a long time to fall pregnant so these babies were incredibly precious. As my body grew and grew Becky became even more worth her weight in gold as getting out of the house was painful at times and very awkward so to have the convenience of Becky coming round to me for checkups etc was amazing. Due to complications the twins were born at 32+3 weeks and to be able to speak to Becky about the diagnosis and plans for care was again very helpful and she was good at translating things into terms we understood. I cannot recommend the services of a private midwife enough and would certainly recommend Becky to anyone! Gemma (Mum to Sophia and Amelie)
