Baby Resuscitation Course

Every parent asks themselves "What if?" and "would I know what to do?". At bababoom we have Colin to answer those questions. Colin is our First AId Instructor and with decades of experience not only as a Fire Officer but as a St Johns Ambulance leader he has now turned his attention to teaching.

Baby Resuscitation is a 2 hour BLS (Basic Life Support) Course that covers baby and child. It deals with:

• Scene safety assessment
• Communicable disease protection, including barrier use.
• Primary assessment
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• Choking (Conscious and unconscious obstructed airway management

Paediatric First Aid Course

We also offer a further 2 hour course specific to infant & child which includes:

• Scene safety assessment
• Communicable disease protection, including barrier use
• Primary assessment
• Bleeding
• Burns
• Shock

Both classes are £22.50 per person, per session payable at time of booking.

Combined First Aid & Resuscitation Course

On a Sunday we can also offer a combined course which will cover both First Aid and Resuscitation in one session for £40.00
