 Refle xology for Fertility Issues:

Sarah can offer reflexology with holistic lifestyle advice to help you with fertility issues which are either unexplained or caused by hormonal conditions such as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) or Endometriosis. Reflexology can also work on an emotional level and can help to ease anxiety and tension which is also caused by the stress of being unable to conceive. Reflexology may also optimise your chances of conceiving if you have decided to undergo an assisted conception program such as IVF.

Homeopathy for Fertility Issues:

 Jan believes Homeopathy is ideal for couples experiencing problems becoming pregnant or maintaining a pregnancy and will also help couples embarking on IUI or IVF. After a consultation Jan will be able to asscertain where Homeopathy can best support you .

  Hypnofertility :                                                        

This private course is designed to complement both natural fertility and medical fertility treatment including IVF, ICSI and IVM. It is well understood that high levels of stress can impact egg release and uterine susceptibility; hypnosis addresses this issue by reducing stress hormones that can impede fertility. During the course, prospective parents learn how subconscious influences can lead to real chemical changes in the brain that can manifest in suitable conditions for conception. Double your success rate with hypnosis for fertility. In May 2006, a case-control study showed that the use of hypnosis dramatically increased the success rates of IVF. The conclusion stated that "This study suggests that the use of hypnosis during ET may significantly improve the IVF/ET cycle outcome in terms of increased implantation and clinical pregnancy rates. Furthermore, it seems that the patients' attitude to the treatment was more favorable." Recent studies published in the Journal of the American Medical Women's Association and the journal Fertility and Sterility indicate those using hypnosis have a 42-55% conception rate compared to 20% with IVF alone.
